Cookin’ with Baz episode 1

Welcome to the first episode of Cookin’ with Baz where we will be cooking “Creamy Chicken and Veg and Vocals”. We had originally planned to get together to record this and enjoy the meal, but as we are living in interesting times, that wasn’t an option. I’d like to say a special thanks to the wonderful crew of musicians who helped make this all possible.

Thanks for sharing a meal and some music with us. Tell all your friends and catch us next Saturday at 5pm for the next episode.

Cheers, Barry.

Performed live, but separately while in virus lockdown by Barry Leef, Peter Northcote, Victor Rounds, and Lloyd Gyi.

If you’ve enjoyed the music, don’t forget you can get a copy of my album, Rhythmized, from my Bandcamp page. If you have a suggestion for a song or even a meal, please let me know in the comments below.

Cheers, Baz.

That was very good Baz. To help you I would blanch the chicken 1st and keeping the stock for the sauce . and a good trick is just to use cream( no milk) and in the end, add a knob of Butter, this will act as a thickening agent . good on ya mate.
