Cookin’ with Baz episode 11

Welcome to the 11th episode of Cookin’ with Baz which is a 4th of July special. We will be cooking “Baz’s Texas Beef Ribs and Shrimp”. Tonight’s music will be “Proud Mary”, “Lean On Me”, and “Mercy Mercy Me”.

We are still in virus lockdown so we are recording our parts separately. These things don’t happen without some help, so I’d like to say a special thanks to the wonderful crew of musicians who make it all possible, Peter Northcote, Victor Rounds, and Billy Handley. Please pay them a visit and let them know you appreciate their work.

Thanks for sharing a meal and some music with us and thanks in particular to those who have downloaded the recipes. I hope you’ve tried them out.
